1Q. Do you wholesale?

A. No, sorry we don't wholesale, but if you wish to buy in bulk ($200.00), we can offer a small discount.

2Q. Do you donate to charities or for fundraisers?

A. Yes we do, but we have a set amount we can donate per year.
If you wish to ask for a donation, please contact us before purchasing.
Sorry, Australian Charities only.

3Q. Why is the International Postage so expensive?


A. Sorry, yes we know it's expensive, but that is what Australia Post charges us. We do not make anything out of the Postage costs.
You can purchase quite a bit for the Registered International Postage cost.

 

4Q. Do you accept returns?

A. We accept returns if we have sent the wrong item. We will also pay for the return cost of the item/s.

Sorry, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or because what you have bought doesn't match your dogs markings.

5Q. The colours of the brooch/Show Ring Clip/ Lapel Pin ect, don't match the colour of the breed or the photo.

A. As these items are handcrafted and handpainted marking may be different. The paints used are custom made metallic paints and may not match the precise colour of the breed.


Properties of "Metallic Paint".
White may appear as a Silvery Colour
Red/Tan may appear as a Bronze or Copper colour
Yellow may appear as a Gold Colour.

We do try to get as close as we can, but some colours may miss the mark.

6Q. Do you have a Bricks & Mortar Shop?

A. No we don't. Jenvin Emporium is an Online Store only.

7Q. Do you take Credit cards, Money Orders or Personal Cheques?

A. Payment can be made with credit card through Paypal even if you don't have an account.
We also accept Direct Deposit into a bank account.
We accept credit cards online through a third party.

Sorry, but we don't accept Money Orders or Personal Cheques.

8Q. I had to pay more to get my purchases delivered. Why?

A. International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
